[NLRS] Log Checking Reports, Penalties

When I'm operating portable in VHF contests (which is 99% of the time)
I always log on paper. Battery power is to be conserved and I can't
power a laptop with the battery and still have enough battery energy
to do the contest. My marine deep-cycle battery will usually just get
me through a 24 hour contest.

But N1MM Logger is free and is a great logger. I put all my QSO's into
the computer when I get home and let it convert the log to a Cabrillo
file. The only time this takes much time and effort is after the June
contest when I may have worked over 100 people on 6m. In most of the
other contests I can get the whole log entered into N1MM Logger and
converted in under a half hour. That includes double-checking the log
to make sure I read my own handwriting OK.
