[NLRS] ARRL September VHF Results

[Zack Widup]

I was #3 nationwide Single Op (QRP) Portable. Amazes me because I only had
a few hours to doodle around in the contest. Not a serious effort at all; I
didn't think I did all that well when I went QRT.
