[NLRS] 10 GHz relay

Thanks, Jerry (and Donn, from a direct email). I now feel better
about using the relays I have on hand.
Digging around in my junk, I found some Teledyne Microwave
transfer switches. It's my understanding their isolation is less
than the SPDT types because there are 2 leakage paths rather than
1 (?). On the other hand, they would allow the receive port of
the transverter to be grounded on transmit (I think that's correct).
I think I'll just go with the Transco.
