[NLRS] mast for sale

Hello everyone -

 

I have a unique item that may be of interest to rovers here - an air
inflated sectional mast from a "TV Eng Truck". You've all seen 'em,
professional rovers they are, here's a chance to get 40+ feet of stick that
you can take with you wherever you drive!!

 

Now for the bad news - I am not offering this to just anyone, the NLRS
reflector is the only place it will be offered for sale because it's members
are more knowledgeable than many average hams. You have to know what you are
doing when you use them, because one mistake can kill you. High voltage
overhead lines are everywhere, and this mast is an accident looking for a
good spot to happen with only one mistake needed for fatal results.

 

In order to make this purchase you will be expected to sign a bill of sale
that will acknowledge that the item is "as is, where is", is offered with no
warranty, instructions for use, or other promise of condition. You will also
have to acknowledge that the item may or may not be appropriate for your
intended use.

 

No lo-ball offers, this is a serious piece of equipment for only someone
that is willing to educate themselves on it's proper operation and the
potential dangers, so think before you leap. I reserve the right to refuse
to sell to anyone. Sorry for all the "legal ease", this is a serious item
that I don't want anyone to get hurt using.
