[NLRS] Buck Hill visitors

Sorry, Matt, but no activity on Buck Hill this weekend for the UHF Contest.  We 
did not request permission to use it and there won't be anyone there.

However, we DID ask for and receive permission for the 16th and 17th (first 
weekend of the 10GHz Contest), and we'd love to have you drop by either day (or 
both).  Mid-morning to mid-afternoon both days.  Sundays, we tend to close down 
by late afternoon... usually had all the fun we can stand by then.
