[NLRS] K0AWU and AU2014

I would like to thank Bill K0AWU for all the work he did for Aurora 
2014. I know he put a lot of time in lining up talks and making sure the 
presenters had what they needed. He also made sure that the presenters 
stayed within their allotted time slot which made the program flow smoothly.

He mentioned all the people who helped at AU2014 but not get recognized 
for his work.
