[NLRS] sprint, EME elevation

One from Sears was shown at MUD 2008 IIRC. It was an 8" level with 
digital angle readout. The one I bought on my way home from that MUD is 
model 48295 Digital Torpedo Level. Haven't had a need for it yet. But 
might. That's still a valid Sears number at least on line.

There may be other similar parts made by the same vendor with other 
names but the same internal works.
