[NLRS] N0LAN/B to beacon list

Arliss - I added N0LAN/B to the beacon list at http://www.nlrs.org/home/beacons .  Tell Nolan he is now famous.   I can easily hear it now that I figured out that the wind/hail storm that we had last month did cause my mast to slip in the rotator.  Thanks for putting this beacon on.

NLRS - let me know of any changes/updates, etc to the NLRS beacon list.  I try to keep it "regional" and current (ie, accurate).
