[NLRS] W9FZ and KA9VVQ in 10GHz contest 2nd Weekend

Had fun. Tough sleddding and kinda cold and dreary weather on the first
day.  Normal conditions and sparkling sunny beauty on the 2nd day.

Activity levels to our east (Illinois and eastern Wisconsin) sadly VERY
low.  Glad to work Buck Hill and Rover pack--thanks for being there!

Tried with K2YAZ twice with no success. I think the temperatures were
too cold for good trans-greatlake conditions.  Beautiful drive through
Southwestern Wisconsin. Saw many beautiful vistas with the first twinges
of color.
