[NLRS] New 2m beacon

Nothing heard here in EN34it yet but that is a bad direction for me.   Will be monitoring.  Thanks for the beacon Arliss, awesome.

Just announcing a 2m beacon that I now have on in EN13lm.The frequency is 144.297, CW, with 20 watts to 2 stacked loops at about 95 ft.  The call is my son's call: N0LAN.
