[NLRS] Midwest Mania!! For the fifth year in a row

Not really "upper midwest", but I've ginned up "Midwest Mania!!" again
to try and promote increased activity out in the Great Plains.

Did some direct emailings this morning. Will go to a national reflector
or two tomorrow.  Info is starting to flow in. Once a day, I work what
I'm sent in to the site.

Personally, I'm roving the 98th meridian for this Sept VHF contest.
I'll start on the TX/OK border (EM03/13/04/14 on Sat) and work my way
northward past EM05/15 and finish Sun afternoon/eve at EM06/16/17/07.

I won't really be in range of any NLRS or BC'ers--but hopefully some
folks who are in range in the northern and northeastern part of the
Great Plains will be in range of you and workable.
