[NLRS] Elevation rotators for small stuff

I sold off most of what I had at various hamfests 10 years or more
ago. Hamfests are about the only place to look for them.

There were two common problems with these rotors. One problem was
people hooking up the wires wrong and burning out the position pot in
the rotor.

The second problem was that a nearby lightning strike would burn out
the emitter-base junction of the transistors in the control circuit. I
got very good at replacing those transistors. But the pot was usually
only available as part of the motor sub-assembly or in a new rotor
body. I never did find a good substitute for the original pot.....
