[NLRS] Watch for tropo

  The APRS map has been "insane" today. Late morning I worked KN4OK EM64pr in AL 930miles and then KA2KQM EM74tm GA 996miles on 2m CW. GHZ also worked a GA station, not sure who. Signals just above the noise. KN4OK was a nice steady 5-1 building to 5-2 where KA2KQM took 12min to work with the last 3min being 5-2. Worked on 30sec sequences.
