[NLRS] Results on staw-poll on 10 GHz & Up Contest

Hello NLRS land -

Including myself, I had 11 responses to my straw poll request regarding the SVHFS proposal for changes to the 10 GHZ & Up contest rules.  In a nut shell, 10 of the 11 responses were positive while one was negative.  

For comments, one suggestion was to use multipliers for Q's made on bands above 10GHz, such as 3x for 24 GHz, etc (in lieu of separate band scores).  Another comment was that the scores could be displayed in such a way as to show activity on each band with band awards.  Overall, the idea of adding 5.7 was well liked as not only is it a "dish band" but it needs promotion.  

Thanks to those who responded.   I will share this summary with the SVHFS group.
