[NLRS] RS this is not, but it is different!

When I was a kid during the peak of the cold war there was a lot of practice 
out here.   We used to find piles of the metallic chaff
out in the fields on a very regular basis.

This was much better than what was happening when I was farming about 30 
years ago.   By that time they had graduated to flying
B52s at low altitude to stay under the radar and were practicing that a lot. 
We ended up in one of the preferred flight paths (they
had to avoid turkey farms) on the bombing runs to a simulated target down in 
SD.  For several years we had B52's coming directly over the
farm at an estimated 500ft.   Needless to say if a tractor or something was 
running so you could not hear it coming it was a
disconcerting experience.
