[NLRS] 10 GHz & Up Log Submissions deadline (10/??)

For whatever reason, Jim's and John's postings did not get to my Inbox BUT...

The Log Submission deadline for the 10 GHz & Up Contest *should* be a full THIRTY (30) days after the contest end time of the second weekend.

With midnight local time on September 22nd being the end of the contest and with September having 30 days, that would be October 22, 2013 (NEXT Tuesday, rather than 'today').

I suspect the new Contest Manager (or someone at HQ) may have erred in changing the DAY of the month in Paragraph 8.3 on the contest web page (http://www.arrl.org/10-ghz-up) when updating the information for 2013.

Left over from last year. Might be worth comments to the contest manager
at ARRL with the logs or not. A few comments would probably get a quick
one week extension.

I worked up my log, ready for mail soon as there is some again. 56,119
km 2000 contact points and 258Qs. Won't touch Gary's score but its
respectable.
