[NLRS] Please plug the new FM class for June VHF test

Those of you who have connections to FM clubs, this is a good time to 
talk up the new FM-only category for the June contest. Especially 
52.525, which will undoubtedly open for some E-skip contacts, and might 
entice a few to look at what else can be done on VHF.

The rest of us need to remember to hit the simplex frequencies on a 
regular basis during the contest, especially early on, before the 
curious few get bored and move back to their repeaters!
