[NLRS] Yaesu FT-736R with MFJ-434B Voice Keyer

Has anyone connected a Yaesu FT-736R with an MFJ-434B Voice Keyer?  If so, can you provide a list of the jumpers used inside the MFJ for this radio? I am getting the 736 ready to work again on 6, 2 andf 70-CM and think the MFJ will help save the voice and make some noise.  I should be back on those bands, plus 220-FM and 1296 for the June contest.
