Ditto .... my kitchen clock is an "Atomic" clock and it has failed to connect for the first time in several/many years.

Did they start testing this new modulation method already?
Maybe it's just coincidence, but my wristwatch with a WWVB receiver has 
ailed to connect to their transmitter since 03/07/13 after 5-7 years of 
egular operation. Naturally, they say that the new modulation will not 
mpair the function of existing equipment, but how certain is that?
Or maybe it's just time to buy a new watch.
