[NLRS] Wanted: 10 GHz dish feed

If you have a chunk of WR90, a penny feed should do a respectable job. 
I'll check to see if I have some in case you don't.

It will need optimization, but thats a minor job.  Coverage of the 
dish can be (somewhat) controlled by bending the "wings" of the penny 
feed in or out.  A tuning screw centered on the "penny" extending into 
the waveguide can help with SWR matching.  A sharp point on the end of 
the screw helps.

I have one made up for a model, if you're interested in looking at it.
