[NLRS] FW: The upper Midwest Field Day - Please update the FD Spreadsheet

I had too many community and house repair things to do plus the storms 
made it very noisy on all bands, so I kept the rig and generator dry and 
didn't even turn a rig on during FD. The local clubs did operate HF, but 
made far fewer contacts than past years. One was complicated by 
supplying communications for water based outdoor activities until late 
afternoon on Saturday. And that was complicated by storm passing through.
