[NLRS] 2 meter beacons now active ?

I listened for the WD9BGA beacon over the weekend and didn't hear it. I
figured that was due to its being off the air due to Field Day, or poor
propagation, or poor location for me. Our Field Day site was on flat
territory and not the usual hilltop I use for VHF contesting.
