Jim,
I would take a look at the stressed Moxon and see if it is assembled 
correctly. The instructions I have show the mast going behind the driven 
element with the matchbox in front of it. It may or may not make a 
difference, Also when I am out I try to get more seperation between my 2 
meter and 6 meter antennas.
Just some rambling thoughts. thanks for going out and creating the 
excitement.
