[NLRS] ANTENNA RANGE DELAYED to 10AM

Unfortunately, it looks as if the WX-man is going to be right
this time on his call for storms overnight and into Saturday
morning. The line is forming up west and south west of us and is
slowly moving in our direction. Wet gound won't work for the
equipment, and none of us is going to be playing in
the rain (at least I won't), so....

The "good" news is that it MAY happen earlier than had been
predicted... the rain/storms are now being forecast 'mostly
before 4AM.' If this holds, late morning may have seen enough
drying to make it possbile to run the range. (There is, of
course, the possibility that the rains will be later than is
predicted, and that could scrub the range activities. We'll have
to make that call in the morning.)

THEREFORE -- we'll DELAY THE START of the antenna range UNTIL
10AM. (Thats only an hour's delay, but hopefully enough.)

I AM planning on going to Breakfast. (Roseville Old Country
Buffet, 0830+/-) and will be at Mounds Park at 10AM.

Gary, if you make Breakfast, please make sure you have the 10 and
24GHz sources in the car. If you CAN'T make, maybe we can make
arrangements for me to pick them up so they'll be available when
we start at 10AM.

There were no requests for anything other than 2 - 432 and 10GHz,
so that's all the equipment I'll have with me. Over all turn-out
is very low... only 5 e-mails as I requested (one of whom has had
to cancel) and two others mentioned they'd "try" to make it.
