A pretty slow June contest this year, as observed by others. Little
E-skip on Saturday; Sunday was better, but much of my skip was to the
waters of the Gulf. I was able to spend more time on the other bands,
so results there were better than last year, but not great. I never
heard a strong signal on 902/1296 all weekend. Conditions on
144-222-432 seemed to pick up Sunday afternoon and evening, or else
people just finally turned their antennas up our way. Best DX was out
to WQ0P in EM19 on all three bands.

      QSOs Grids
50 229 95
144 66 32
222 31 17
432 39 19
902 13 6
1296 20 10

Total 398 179 97,018

Rovers were a big help as usual. Thanks to Mel & Carol for sweeps on 6
bands from 4 grids on Saturday, and K0MHC/r for 2 grids, though I lost
track of him after that. Caught K0BBC/r for a couple grids Sunday
evening.  I never found any of the rovers in the Chicago-Iowa corridor;
hope for another chance on that in August & September.
