Participation seemed excellent, but regional propagation was very poor.
Missed many of the regulars in Wisconsin and surrounding states. My Q’s
and score down from previous years.
Many thanks to all the operators who got On The Air for anywhere from a
few minutes to all weekend long. Extra thanks to those stations that
took extra time to dig signals out of the noise. Thanks also to the
better equipped stations that attracted the attention of semi-distant
stations then stood by to allow the lower power guys to “tail end” and
make a few extra contacts.
Really appreciate the rovers, you made a huge contribution to the
contest! Midwest: K9ILT/R, K0PG/R, W9SNR/R, K9JK/R, W9YOY/R, AC0RA/R.
DX rovers ( that I contacted ): N0LP/R DM79, W0BL/R DM88, AL1VE/R EM06,
W7QQ/R DM65. Thanks for being out there!
