[NLRS] Buck Hill Rover pack

  Any chance that the rover pack starting in Montivideo EN25da might find their 

way to any of the Sisseton "hot spots"? Would be fun to see (again) what the sigs are like from "up top". During the last contest I did have a chance to run with a rover (sorry don't recall who and I'm not at the computer with the log)on a couple of bands from there, but the higher we went the worse the path became due to the local mountain. I think 222 was the highest we completed on, not sure.
