Sort of a fizzle of a contest from my perspective. EN34 was essentially deserted .... everybody must have been enjoying the good weather. Also, roving with just 6 and 2m is a bit under whelming. None the less the weather was excellent, the sites were wonderful, and I had a nice eyeball QSO with KC0P/R. Also the old rover rack on the new rovermobile had a good test drive attaining 28 to 32 mpg depending on how hard I drove. Many thanks for all the Q's, especially KC0P/R, N9DG, K0NY, N0AKC, K0AWU, N0KK, WA0VPJ, KC0RQH, and NI0W who made it into my log many times.
Score:
67 6m Q's with 52 grids, 55 2m Q's with 40 grids, for a total of 122 Q's for 7,884 points (using CQWW VHF rover scoring). Grids activated: EN43/44/33/34/35/24/25.
