I will be roving as W0AUS/R in this weekends CQWW VHF contest. I posted the following seven grid route on the W0UC spreadsheet located at
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvU0R8d2qq2DdF92ZWpCRU1TZWtwSWt2bFhYVHZveXc#gid=0
---------- Saturday ----------
1:00 to 2:00 PM EN44bb
2:30 to 3:30 PM EN43aw
4:00 to 5:00 PM EN33xw
5:30 to 6:30 PM EN34
----------- Sunday ------------
9:00 to 10:00 AM EN35ad
10:30 to 11:30 AM EN25xb
Noon to 1:00 PM EN24wv
1:30 to 2:30 PM EN34av (2nd time in EN34)
Primary frequency = 144.220 MHz.
Note that this route & timeline is highly dependent on what is happening on 6m, but I will work hard to make sure that I locate any/all active stations before I move on. Also note that my primary mission is to check out the new W0ZQ rovermobile (first long trip with the rover rack) as well as to scout for the August UHF contest.
Sunday has a chance of rain. I will have my 10 gig handheld system along so if something looks good on RS, or if someone wants to try something, feel free to call me on my cell phone for a non-contest contact. Especially if you need EN35, EN25 or EN24 on 10 gigs. Cell is 952-807-3816.
73, Jon
