Absolutely, the IQ-4 is an additional $30... So I doubt its included but if 
it was that would be a huge deal.

Yes, I forgot to mention that in my first email. The info on Craig's
List mentions the IQ-4 module and says it comes with it. That seems to
be standard advertising text from the IOTA web site. But the IQ-4
module is a small box that plugs into the jack on the top of the unit.
That jack is empty in the photo and the IQ-4 is usually an extra cost
option, so don't be surprised if it doesn't come with the unit. If it
does come with the IQ-4 module, it is an even more remarkable deal and
I should have bought it myself.  :-)
