[NLRS] SBMS 2GHz and Up Contest results

Excerpt from the July 2013 SBMS Newsletter:

SBMS 2 GHz and Up Contest
Northern Lights Radio Society first place with 18,644 points 9 logs.
San Bernardino Microwave Society second place with 635 points one
log.

Northern Lights Radio Society had some contacts on 2 and 3
GHz in addition to the ones on 10 GHz. The NLRS continues to out
pace the rest of the clubs in getting people out for the contest.
Congratulations to NLRS for another year of winning the contest.
