[NLRS] Ham-M starter capacitor question..

A last ditch effort would be to try the "rotor doc", Formerly C.A.T.S. out 
of Ohio. Or try Norms Rotor Repair, they seem to have cornered the market on 
replacement rotator parts. The Grainger capacitor will work, it may be a 
tight fit in the old ham M bakelite box.
