[NLRS] EN37 Frozen Rotator

Very common event when we have warm temps here in winter....  any 
moisture freezes up...  my thrust bearing is an area that causes the 
most grief.  If I can't rock the rotor, to free things up, a nice sunny 
day usually sublimes the moisture out...
