[NLRS] grid square lookup web site

Yup, that is another nice link, especially for distance, but no
bearing and you need to manually select your starting point from the
map first. The other web site starts with a street address and
resolves the grid square but can't do anything more.

I need to try some of the sites that give elevation maps, radio
line-of-site and Fresnel zone as well. But now we have at least 2
links that would be good to reference on the NLRS web page.
