[NLRS] Beacons

Knowing that would have been handy during our August Lake Superior 
expedition. It should have been easy copy from along the north shore as 
well as our operating positions at EN57VK and EN67AL. But I never knew 
to tune up that high in the band. To here its about 650 miles and its 
going to take more than a little enhancement to make that path since the 
antenna gain at the beacon and power give it a 20 or 25 dB handicap 
compared to using 18" dishes at each end with a few watts and under 
ordinary conditions 200 miles gets tough and 250 nothing heard.
