[NLRS] VHF low pass filters?

Well, I left out part of the story. Before we put the 50 MHz notch filter 
on the cable TV entry point, I also caused his touch sensitive lamps to 
flash on and off every time I transmitted on 6 meters, in addition to 
getting my voice into his TV. But AFAIK, it all went away once the notch 
filter was installed. Thank goodness for friendly, cooperative neighbors.
