[NLRS] low pass filters?

Goodmorning All !! In response to the inquiries about the RFI article I mentioned , I have scanned the original issue and will forward one to K0CQ (and others if they need it ). The original article appeared in the Mpls Star Tribune on July 6, 1996 , it is on page E8 titled "Ham's Phone interference may be corrected" ...... The reason that I have kept the original article (and photocopies to hand out ) is that handing a copy out to someone 'at the door' was the fastest and achieved the best immediate results ....... 73s and Happy 2013 !! Need the exact title or some unique text for good searching. Searching
on "mr Fixit" and TV interfernce gives way too many hits.
