[NLRS] VHF low pass filters?

I remember once getting into a neighbor's TV...  my garbled voice coming
out the speakers...  when the TV was turned "off"!

They were a little freaked out.   I told them not to mess with me--
they have no idea what I am capable of :-)

I didn't get any more complaints.
