[NLRS] Problems with ARRL email forwarding

Recently I discovered that W0AIH and myself were not receiving emails 
sent to our arrl.net addresses.  (You start to wonder when your 
father-in-law doesn't answer your emails for several weeks!)  Obviously 
we got deleted from the system somehow.  I wasn't given any indication 
that this was a wide-spread problem, but you might want to test your 
address.

Remember, like Scott said, if you use gmail, sending mail to your ARRL 
address from your gmail account will not come back to your gmail inbox. 
  You need to send the message from a different account.
