[NLRS] Cycle 24 1/2 over...

Hi Donn ( and everyone else)

While cycle 24 may not be great ,  it has been good enough to be able to 
work Europe every morning on 15 meters JT65 with 20 Watts and a low, 
lousy dipole.
Most mornings I can get a few Europe hits on 10 meters JT65 as well.

I sure wish there were more stations on 2 meter JT65 terrestrial..... 
JT65 is a blast on any marginal band......
