[NLRS] Dick Hart, KØMQS silent key

    For thosewhom did not know, Dick Hart (KØMQS) passed away Monday, October 28th.2013.
   Dick was thefirst person to obtain all states on 144mcs back in 1976.  He was a US Navy veteran whom was stationednear Shemya in the Aleutian Island chain near the end of WWII.
   Dick waspassionate about two meters and everything centered around it.  He lived in Southeast Iowa at a beautifulhome and a wonderful wife, Joyce.  
   Dick had a terrific array, with a two-hundred foot tower andfour (4), forty-foot boom yagis.   Hewould often say that his tower was only 167 feet tall, as that was the lowestelement on his array. 
   With hisGerman receive pre-amp and Henry amplifier, there was nothing Dick could nothear on two meters.  I doubt his gain inlife and on two meters will ever be matched again.
