Yes, the PST-SR700 looks interesting. 20 amps continuous output and
peaks to 50 amps. And it actually says peak power can be 1 to 5
minutes, probably depending how overloaded it really is. But it should
run any common SSB or FM rig with no trouble.

The only other items worth noting is the 150ma minimum current draw
and like most other DC converters I've seen, it has no auto-shutoff if
the battery drops below an adjustable threshold for a period of time.

So it would be fine for an attended operation but probably not
suitable for operation at a remote unattended site where you don't
want to damage the battery backup by going below 11 volts if the
charging system dies.

You can buy another module that will perform the shut-off function but
that costs more money. The APO-30 is one such module but it draws more
relay current the whole time the battery is engaged than the converter
does at idle.....

I haven' seen any shut-off device that uses magnetic latching relays
yet.... The biggest such relays I have are 10 amp DPDT.... I think the
diodes in the various FET switches cause problems when using them as
the battery shut-off switch but I really haven't investigated that
yet.....
