[NLRS] Tropo is Up in RRV

The Thunderstorms have moved east and tonite with the hot muggy weather we
seem to have tropo developing down the Red River Valley and in part of ND. I
am seeing good Grand Forks and Fargo UHF TV signals (and building), my 10 G
beacon is acting like there is no over the horizon, and the NT0V ( 432
beacon is very strong).  Keep an eye on it tonite/ tomorrow morning
