[NLRS] transistors

2N5770 is replaced by NTE108. Mouser has 9 in stock.
MRF237 is replaced by NTE341. Mouser has none. Mouser has no minimum and 
Digi-Key has neither but hasn't had a service charge for small orders 
for years.

There may still be distributors with good selections of NTE parts.

Sounds like a bit of heat sink on that driver transistor may improve its 
longevity.
