[NLRS] RCA DH24SP Signal Splitter

Looks to me as if its a die casting including the connector threads, 
with some sort of plate in the back. I'd say it works fine out doors but 
if I was worried, I'd cover the back seams with non corroding RTV or 
black Permatex gasket seal, or Seal-All. Then I'd work hard at sealing 
the connectors and the cable ends, else the coaxes will get water in the 
F connectors.

Don't expect it to survive significant transmitter power, the cores are 
probably microscopic in size to get to the high end.
