Ebay is your best bet for an affordable batch. I usually have some in the
drawer here but I am fresh out or I would offer you one. The MRF237 is the
driver in the GM300 series mobiles. I have replaced them more than a few
times, usually from hams that sit and ragchew on them until they burn em up,
just not rated for our long winded duty cycles!! LOL
They are readily available though, but when you search for either variant on
eBay sort the search results by US Only to weed out all the overseas ones
that you would have to wait 2-3 weeks delivery time for.

Subject: [NLRS] transistors
Good morning,
I am assisting our local club with a repeater project and am looking
for either a 2N5770 (TO-92) and MRF237 MSC (TO-39) or a place to
purchase them. Looks like RF parts has both but a $25 minimum.
Any help appreciated
