[NLRS] 10 GHz Plans, Anyone?

To further Jon's comment... last week, as the storms were in eastern 
ND and W MN, "Rainscatter" had Doug well within range. I don't 
remember which storm cell, but K6STS was well inside the "red" range 
circle with the "yellow" range circle quite a ways west... almost to 
Montana.  Certainly do-able !!
