The rovers kept this event pretty interesting.  Fixed station activity 
was very poor - I believe I worked only 5 stations west and north of my 
grid (EN44).  Swept my bands with W0ZQ/R;  swept Mel & Carol on 
Saturday, always a little more difficult from their Sunday stops.  Also 
swept KC0IYT/R from his first three grids. Caught W9SNR/R from 3 grids, 
though only made 1296 from 1 grid. Caught W9HQ/R and KC9JTL/R from 4 
stops on Saturday.  Connected with W9SZ/R from EN50 on 2 bands, and EN60 
on one band, but that was a long haul for QRP.  I never really heard any 
noticeable enhancement during the contest.

Total 45,540

A little more than last year, but had K9MU with me that time, and we hit 
it harder.  A big THANK YOU to all the rovers especially, and all the 
fixed stations who took the time to get on the air.  See you in September!
