[NLRS] Announcement: Aurora 2013 Conference

Aurora 2013, a one day weak signal VHF conference, will be held on Saturday, May 11, at the First Lutheran Church, 4000 Linden Street, White Bear Lake, MN.   The conference begins at 9:00 AM with the outdoor antenna range, breaks for lunch, and then restarts at 1:00 PM with technical presentations.   The cost for attending for first time attendees is FREE.  If you have attended before, registration is a whopping $5.  New this year is a family registration fee of $7.
