ATTENTION: Both ACTIVE rovers and INACTIVE rovers!

I can't scare up enough rover e-mail addresses! So, I'll have to just "put
it out there" for any and all rovers to participate without any vetting on
my part. You're probably better at determining if you're "relatively active"
or "relatively inactive" anyway.

I'm relying on everyone's discretion in choosing which survey to participate
in. This is probably a better approach in that we'll probably get a larger
sample size.

In preparation for the upcoming Aurora/13, I'm asking ROVER stations on the
e-mail reflector to take one of two surveys. Your participation is voluntary
and anonymous. Only a summary of all responses will be shown as part of my
presentation: "Where have all the ROVERS gone?" At this point, I'm
interested in responses from the upper Midwest (ND, SD, IA, MN, WS and
adjoining Canadian provinces). Please don't forward this note or post it on
other e-mail reflectors. Thanks to those who pre-viewed this survey.
However, you'll have to take it over again as all "practice" responses have
been deleted.

It should only take up to 10 minutes to complete the 10, multiple choice
questions. You're also encouraged to sound-off via the "other" text entry
fields. These inputs will be paraphrased so as to remove any identifying
information from the final presentation.

Note that for the purpose of this survey, only the ARRL/CQ VHF/UHF contests
are included: not the "10 GHz & up" or other "microwave only"
contests/events.

- Chose this survey if you HAVE roved within the last 12 months -

- Chose this survey if you HAVEN'T roved within the last 12 months -
VHF/UHF ROVER - Currently INACTIVE survey: http://tinyurl.com/ctu6lyk

My goal is to accumulate 10 active ROVER and 5 inactive ROVER survey
responses prior to Aurora/13 on May 11th. However, since I have no way of
knowing who has or hasn't responded, I'll be reposting this note several
times or until there are enough responders. You can help by taking the
survey now before you forget!

FYI, there is an additional survey for Fixed stations that was posted
earlier. You're welcome to take it also IF you operate both or alternately
ROVER and Fixed stations.

Thanks for your participation. We're looking forward to seeing you all at
Aurora/13 on May 11th. Click here <http://www.nlrs.org/home/aurora> for
